Required skills: * 1 year of experience in SMM / content marketing (preferably in IT, B2B, SaaS, tech). * Experience managing LinkedIn (personal brands is a strong plus). * Understanding of organic growth mechanics and audience engagement. * Strong copywriting skills in English. * Portfolio with examples of posts, profiles, or growth results. * Proactive mindset and ability to suggest ideas independently.
Responsibilities: * Creating and publishing content on LinkedIn and Twitter (X) on behalf of the CEO (personal brand). * Writing engaging posts aligned with positioning and tone of voice. * Proactively engaging with the target audience: commenting on relevant posts, participating in discussions, increasing visibility. * Creating content at conferences and events (short videos, backstage content, photos, insights). * Managing and growing the company blog. * Executing the approved marketing plan and suggesting improvements based on performance. * Collecting and organizing client testimonials and case studies. * Driving organic traffic growth across social media and website channels. * Tracking basic performance metrics and reporting on results.
