We’re looking for a Manual QA to join our project, a digital platform in the men’s healthcare space focused on evidence-based medicine and telemedicine services. The product enables patients to explore treatment options, complete medical assessments, and access doctor consultations entirely online.

Requirements: * 4+ years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer * Strong understanding of software testing principles, SDLC, STLC * Solid experience in functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing * Experience in testing web applications (desktop & mobile web) * Strong knowledge of REST API testing (Postman / Swagger or similar tools) * Experience in working with databases (basic to intermediate SQL: PostgreSQL / MySQL) * Understanding of client-server architecture * Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (Jira, ClickUp, TestRail, or similar) * Ability to create and maintain test documentation (test cases, checklists, test plans) * Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams * At least Upper-intermediate written and spoken English
Nice-to-have: * Experience in testing integrations with third-party services (payments, notifications, scheduling, etc.) * Knowledge of security and data privacy basics (GDPR / HIPAA awareness) * Experience with mobile testing (iOS / Android, webview understanding) * Experience in telemedicine / fintech / healthcare / e-commerce domains
Responsibilities: * Perform functional, regression, smoke, integration, exploratory, UI/UX, API, and database testing * Identify, report, and retest bugs after fixes, ensuring changes do not impact existing functionality * Collaborate with developers, analysts, and product managers, and participate in daily meetings * Propose improvements to QA processes, optimize test coverage, and maintain up-to-date testing documentation
