We are looking to expand our team with an experienced Lead Generation Specialist who will help identify potential partners and clients interested in our projection-based interactive experiences, as well as other Evogence solutions.
We’re looking for a proactive and research-driven Lead Generation Specialist to help expand Evogence’s client base. In this role, you will identify potential clients, build targeted prospect lists, and initiate first contact with companies that may benefit from Evogence’s interactive technologies and entertainment solutions. Your primary focus will be generating leads for our projection-based interactive bowling experiences, designed for bowling centers and entertainment venues worldwide. Responsibilities • Build targeted B2B lead lists based on the ideal customer profile (industry, geography, company size, and decision-maker roles) • Generate and qualify leads using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and other prospecting platforms • Initiate first contact through LinkedIn or email outreach with personalized messages • Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system • Track outreach progress and organize lead data • Provide regular reports on completed outreach and generated leads • Collaborate with management to improve lead generation strategies • Assist in preparing sales materials and outreach email templates • Help create outreach campaigns targeting specific industries and customer profiles • Continuously improve messaging based on response quality and feedback Requirements • Proven experience in lead generation for IT services or software development companies • Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools • Strong interest in B2B technology sales and lead generation • Excellent research and analytical skills • Strong written communication skills in English • Experience working with CRM systems • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills • Understanding of cold outreach best practices
