Necessary skills and qualifications: * 3+ years of experience in roles such as BI Engineer, Data Analyst, or Data Warehouse Engineer * Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large, multi-source datasets * Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (including Google Apps Script) or Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, etc.) * Hands-on experience extracting and transforming data via APIs * Practical experience with Looker Studio and Power BI. The ability to work across both platforms is essential * Experience integrating data from multiple business systems, including accounting platforms (Xero, 1C8 УТП, DATEV), CRM (Pipedrive), and project-management systems (Jira, MySQL-based platforms) * Strong understanding of data structure, reconciliation logic, and financial accuracy principles * Ability to work independently, structure ambiguous data, and build scalable reporting solutions
Will be a plus: * Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize automated workflows across business systems. Hands-on experience with platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar tools * SQL knowledge and experience querying relational databases * Experience with Python for data analysis or process automation
Responsibilities: * Extract data from multiple systems (Jira, Pipedrive, Xero, 1С8 УТП (Управління торговим підприємством), DATEV, Google Sheets, MySQL-based platforms, etc.) and consolidate it into a unified reporting environment * Work with APIs to automate data retrieval and synchronization between systems * Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards using Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar BI tools * Ensure data accuracy through reconciliation procedures and validation checks * Draft detailed specifications for data collection, outlining logic, sources, and integration steps * Collaborate with finance, accounting, delivery, and leadership teams to improve financial visibility and decision-making
About the project:
This role focuses on leading the development of our internal financial analytics project by building and maintaining a comprehensive ecosystem for managerial and financial reporting. You will work closely with core frameworks, including P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheets, ensuring data accuracy at both the entity and consolidated levels. Your tasks will involve analyzing unit economics, cost structures, and operational performance to drive business efficiency. Additionally, you will support budgeting processes and integrate financial metrics with data from HR, Marketing, and Operations. You will also play a crucial role in ensuring data accuracy through reconciliation procedures while collaborating with finance and delivery teams to enhance overall decision-making.
