Mosqitter is a female-founded technology company developing smart, ecological mosquito control solutions that combine hardware and data intelligence.
The company designs and manufactures professional-grade mosquito trapping devices for residential and commercial use, along with the Febris Monitoring System — an AI-powered platform for real-time mosquito population tracking and early disease risk detection.
By integrating long-life hardware with environmental monitoring and data analytics, Mosqitter enables a more sustainable and proactive approach to mosquito population management worldwide.
We are transitioning from a ’firefighting’ approach to a structured, scalable marketing engine. Currently, we lack a formal marketing department, and we are looking for a leader to build this function based on already build foundation. The ideal candidate will develop a clear roadmap to boost our sales teams and drive growth across both B2C and B2B sectors and into new markets.
We are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead Mosqitter’s global marketing strategy and drive sustainable, profitable revenue growth across the U.S. and European markets.
This role carries full responsibility for marketing performance and key business metrics, including revenue growth, CAC reduction, contribution margin optimization, LTV expansion, and overall marketing efficiency.
The Head of Marketing will design and execute a scalable, data-driven growth strategy across D2C, Amazon, and B2B channels, ensuring balanced and sustainable expansion rather than short-term spikes.
Key areas of ownership include:
— Develop and execute the global marketing strategy aligned with business growth and international expansion.
— Drive revenue while improving key unit economics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, contribution margin).
— Lead full-funnel marketing across paid media, Amazon marketplace, website optimization, retention (email/SMS), and CRM.
— Strengthen brand positioning to support premium pricing and long-term profitability.
— Build and scale the marketing team, analytics, and infrastructure while supporting B2B growth through partnerships and lead generation.
We are looking for a strategic marketing leader with strong expertise in hardware e-commerce, Amazon marketplace growth, and performance marketing — someone who understands numbers deeply and takes ownership of business outcomes.
Required Skills:
— Proven experience scaling hardware products or consumer electronics through e-commerce and international markets.
— Experience working in international companies or across multiple global markets.
— Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage marketing teams and structures.
— Ability to manage external contractors and agencies (SEO, paid ads, Amazon, content), organize their work, and ensure accountability.
— Disciplined and focused on tangible, measurable results.
— Strong data-driven mindset, with consistent tracking and optimization of key performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, contribution margin).
— Hands-on experience in performance marketing.
— Strategic thinking with the ability to translate company goals into clear, structured execution plans.
— Collaborative and comfortable working closely with founders and the sales team.
Desirable (Nice-to-Have):
— Experience within our specific niche or adjacent industry.
— Experience managing both B2B and B2C marketing channels.
What Company Offers:
— Experience in scaling hardware globally. Opportunity to grow and scale a physical consumer product across D2C, Amazon, and B2B channels in the U.S. and international markets.
— International exposure. Work across different markets and business cultures, including the U.S., Europe, Latin America, and Asia.
— Real ownership. Build and structure the marketing function with autonomy and direct influence on strategy and revenue performance.
— Meaningful product. Contribute to a product that addresses real environmental and public health challenges, with tangible global impact.
— Flexible full-time remote work, option to work remotely, from our R&D office, or from Kooperativ Coworking (Kyiv)
— Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses.
— 14 days of paid vacation + flexible sick leave policy, including one “mental restoration day” per month.
— Mental health & therapy support through Rozmova.
