We’re looking for a Project manager to join our client’s team — a global leader in multichannel distribution of the world’s most iconic beauty brands.
About the Project:
Leading global development partner and multichannel distributor of the world’s most popular beauty brands with offices in the USA, China, and Ukraine.
This company generates most of its sales through Amazon, and new employees will need to work with this service. Tasks in general are related to obtaining and analyzing data from Amazon.com and building an analytical system.
✅ Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in Project Management within the software development industry, preferably in web or SaaS projects;
• Advanced English (written and verbal communication), with the ability to independently lead client meetings and manage stakeholder communication;
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid approaches, with the ability to adapt processes based on project needs;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions, optimize delivery processes, and improve team efficiency;
• Strong ownership mindset and high level of responsibility for project outcomes;
• Proven experience managing product backlog, defining scope, and writing clear requirements, including User Stories and Acceptance Criteria;
• Experience working with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and similar platforms;
• Experience managing both Time & Material and Fixed Price projects, with an understanding of scope, budget, and resource management;
• Experience with Change Management, including managing scope changes, priorities, and stakeholder expectations;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance business priorities, technical constraints, and delivery timelines;
• Experience leading cross-functional teams (developers, QA, designers), ensuring team alignment, engagement, and high delivery performance;
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and web development process.
➕ Will be a plus
• CAPM, PMP, or similar certification;
• Agile / Scrum certifications;
• Product Management or Business Analysis courses or certifications;
• Experience working with AI-based products or features, including collaboration with teams building AI solutions;
• Experience with Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, prompt engineering, AI integrations);
• Basic technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and web architecture
Responsibilities
• You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and budget, while maintaining high stakeholder satisfaction and team efficiency.
• Lead and manage multiple web and AI-related projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities;
• Own the delivery process end-to-end, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality;
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and smooth collaboration;
• Work closely with stakeholders to define scope, clarify requirements, and translate business needs into actionable tasks for the development team;
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including planning, grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives;
• Manage project scope, timelines, releases, and dependencies;
• Proactively identify risks, blockers, and bottlenecks, and drive solutions to ensure smooth delivery;
• Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders;
• Continuously improve processes to enhance delivery efficiency, predictability, and team performance.
