The Payments Team focuses on improving and optimizing digital payments to provide our users with convenient and transparent payment experiences.
In simple terms, our goal is to make sure that when a user decides to purchase access to our product, the payment goes through quickly, smoothly, and with the highest possible success rate — no matter where they are in the world. What you’ll do: * Help build a smooth and intuitive payment experience for our users * Work with leading payment methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, cards) covering major card networks like Visa and Mastercard * Monitor payment metrics daily to ensure payments are processed smoothly and efficiently * Analyze payment data to identify patterns and generate data-driven hypotheses to improve approval rates and reduce failed transactions * Collaborate with payment providers, PSPs, and banks to maintain and improve payment processing * Research and integrate new payment methods to make our products more accessible to users worldwide * Work with internal teams (Support, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Product) to solve payment-related challenges and improve payment flows across the subscription lifecycle * Help adapt payment infrastructure for new markets and regions * Participate in experiments and A/B tests to optimize payment performance * Ensure that our payment processes follow industry standards and best practices
What you need to join us: * Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with data * Interest in how digital products and online payments work * Experience working with data, analytics, product, business processes, partnerships, customer operations, or related fields * Understanding of product metrics or willingness to learn quickly * Curiosity, proactivity, and readiness to dive into a new domain * Alignment with our SELECT values
