We are an international fintech project in the Trading/Crypto/Forex space, actively scaling performance marketing across global markets. We are seeking an experienced Google Ads Media Buyer who can strengthen our UA efforts and scale advertising campaigns with a focus on performance metrics.

What you will do: — Launching and managing advertising campaigns in Google Ads: Search, Performance Max (PMax), UAC (App campaigns), YouTube (In-stream/In-feed), Display/Discovery — Optimizing campaigns by KPIs: FTD cost, CPL/CPA, ROAS, LTV — Account structure and acquisition funnel development — Working with semantics, negative keywords, and audience segmentation — Scaling profitable campaigns — Hypothesis testing (creatives, offers, landing pages, audiences) — Data analysis and reporting — Collaboration with: Creative team, Analytics team, Product team — Fraud and traffic quality monitoring — Working with trackers and analytics (GA4, AppsFlyer / Adjust, etc.)
What will you bring: — 2+ years of experience as a Google Ads Media Buyer — Proven experience in the following niches: **Fintech / Trading / Crypto / Forex** — Experience in FTD / ROAS / CPA optimization — Ability to work with large budgets — Deep understanding of performance metrics and unit economics — A/B testing skills — Experience with trackers (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.) — Understanding of attribution, Web2App funnels — Languages: UA / RU — fluent, EN — working level (briefs, correspondence, creative localization)
An advantage would be: — Experience scaling campaigns in LATAM — Experience working with crypto offers and Google compliance restrictions — Experience launching YouTube funnels for fintech — Experience working with agencies and arbitration teams — Understanding of anti-ban strategies — Proficiency with Metabase/Power BI
