Farsight Vision converts flight footage into digital 2D and 3D twins for real-time intelligence in GNSS-denied environment, making analytics and situational awareness convenient and accessible while saving time and effort. We create multi-layered digital twins of terrain with dynamic tracking and object/landscape monitoring and predicting.
We are looking for a Head of HR who will help build the HR function in a fast-growing technology startup and scale the team alongside the business.
This role is ideal for someone who is excited not by maintaining established processes, but by creating them from scratch — building a hiring system, shaping HR processes, and developing a strong team.
Responsibilities: * Build and develop the HR function within the company. * Organize and oversee the full recruitment cycle together with the recruiting team (2 recruiters). * Implement and develop key HR processes, including onboarding/offboarding, adaptation, trial period management, performance review process, etc. * Partner with team leaders on people development and team management. * Establish a transparent system of HR analytics and metrics. * Plan and organize internal team events. * Shape and develop the company’s corporate culture and employee engagement.
Requirements: * 5+ years of experience in HR, including experience in a senior HR role (HR Lead / HR Manager / Head of HR). Experience working in a product company or a fast-growing startup is considered an advantage. * Proven experience building and scaling HR functions and processes. * Strong hands-on recruitment experience, with the ability to independently close vacancies across technical, product, and administrative roles. * Ability to assess both hard and soft skills and conduct structured candidate evaluations. * Experience managing and mentoring recruiters and organizing an efficient recruitment pipeline. * Solid understanding of the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding. * Experience implementing or working with HRM systems (experience with Hurma or similar tools is a plus). * Ability to partner with leadership and advise managers on people management, talent development, and organizational growth. * Strong organizational, analytical, and HR metrics mindset with a systematic approach to work. * High level of autonomy, proactivity, and ownership in executing HR initiatives. * Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. * Experience in IT, engineering, deep tech, or defense-related industries is a strong advantage. * English proficiency at B2 level or higher..
