We are looking for a Strong Middle Affiliate Manager (iGaming) who knows how to build solid partnerships, work with traffic and data, and scale profitable campaigns. What you will do:
Partnerships & Negotiations: * Conducting negotiations with partners regarding cooperation terms. * Agreeing on CPA / Hybrid / RevShare models and securing exclusive deals. * Participating in international conferences and face-to-face business meetings. * Building and maintaining long-term partner relationships. * Searching for and launching new offers.
Operations: * Launching test and live campaigns. * Scaling profitable campaigns. * Data-driven analytics and decision-making. * Setting up postbacks. * Configuring offers in Keitaro. * Registering accounts in affiliate programs. * Adding and managing brands in WordPress.
Finance & Control: * Monthly financial reconciliations. * Distributing traffic between media buyers within campaigns. * Maintaining financial reports and tables. * Synchronization and coordination with the finance manager.
What we expect from you: * 1+ year of experience in iGaming / Affiliate Marketing. * Strong understanding of affiliate models: CPA / Hybrid / RevShare / CPL. * Hands-on experience with Keitaro. * Understanding of main traffic sources (SEO, PPC, ASO, UAC, etc.). * Experience with affiliate platforms (Affilka, Referon, NetRefer, etc.). * Experience in traffic sales or managing affiliate deals. * Experience working with affiliate program admin panels. * Participation in international conferences, business meetings, and networking. * Experience with CRM systems (will be a plus).
