You need to have:
— 3+ years of experience in Python development; — Strong proficiency in Python and Django framework; — Solid understanding of software development core concepts: data structures, algorithms, OOP, and Asynchronous programming (Asyncio); — Experience working with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases; — Hands-on experience with Linux environments and version control (Git); — Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; — Upper-Intermediate English level or higher (ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders).
Would Be a Plus:
— Practical experience with ML, LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), and RAG; — Deep passion for the AI ecosystem; — Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
In this project, you will:
— Contribute to technical solutions and write clean, maintainable, and high-quality Python code for our modular backend. — Participate in debugging and troubleshooting a multi-agent virtual assistant system; — Create and maintain clear technical documentation; — Join conference calls and meetings with stakeholders when required; — Participate in estimation, grooming, and planning sessions.
