We are looking for a talented and motivated Software Engineer with strong Ruby skills to join an exciting, fast-growing project — a leading Talent Intelligence Platform revolutionizing how companies manage the entire recruitment lifecycle.

Experience / Skills required:
Must have: * 4-5 years of experience as a Software Engineer working with Ruby * Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL * Experience with Big Data and data migration projects * Familiarity with AWS services * Self-starter who thrives in a trust-based and autonomous environment * Excellent communication skills and Upper-Intermediate English (or higher) * The working schedule is until 9–10 PM Kyiv time to ensure overlap with the US team
Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain server-side Ruby code for large-scale data migration processes * Work with PostgreSQL and parallel processing to handle billions of data points efficiently * Design, transform, clean, and load data from multiple sources into internal systems * Collaborate with other engineers to improve data pipelines, scalability, and overall performance * Troubleshoot and resolve data quality and integration issues to ensure reliability and consistency
