Business Analyst We are looking for a structured and product-minded Business Analyst to help bridge product ideas, user needs, and engineering execution.
In this role, you will work closely with Product, UX, Engineering, and QA teams to transform high-level concepts into clear, structured, and actionable requirements. Your work will help ensure that features are well understood, properly implemented, and deliver real value to users.
You will be involved throughout the product development lifecycle and help the team build scalable, user-friendly solutions. What You’ll DoRequirements Analysis * Gather, analyze, and structure business and product requirements together with Product Managers and stakeholders. * Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that development teams can easily implement. * Support backlog refinement and help clarify requirements during the development process.
Documentation & Knowledge Management * Maintain clear and well-structured documentation for product features and functional requirements. * Ensure documentation remains up to date and accessible for Product, Engineering, and QA teams. * Support traceability between requirements, development, and testing.
Product & Feature Discovery * Support product discovery by helping analyze user needs and business requirements. * Identify risks, dependencies, and edge cases during feature analysis. * Translate product ideas into functional specifications and user flows.
Process Modeling * Create visual representations that help teams better understand system behavior and workflows. * This may include: — Use Case diagrams — Sequence diagrams — Activity diagrams
UX Collaboration * Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure functional logic and user flows are reflected in product designs. * Create simple wireframes or low-fidelity prototypes in Figma when needed.
Testing & UAT Support * Support QA and Product teams during testing and validation phases. * Help define UAT scenarios and verify that implemented features meet documented requirements and acceptance criteria.
What We’re Looking For * 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst * Strong experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements * Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria * Good understanding of Agile / Scrum product development * Ability to analyze complex processes and translate them into clear documentation * Experience collaborating with developers, designers, and QA teams * Experience working with Jira, Notion or Confluence, Figma, and diagram tools such as Miro, Draw.io, Lucidchart or similar * English — C1 level or higher; Ukrainian — native speaker
