We are looking for a high-level Product/Retention manager for our iGaming product.
• Know non-standard bonus mechanics that can drive x-multiple GGR growth? • Experience at the intersection of Retention / Product / Analytics / Research? • Able to automate retention processes using AI tools?
About us: 10+ years on the market. Looking for someone who can bring a fresh, modern approach to retention. This role combines product, analytics, and hands-on implementation to increase user LTV and reduce churn across multiple GEOs. Responsibilities * Research bonus strategies of key competitors across different GEOs and traffic types. * Analyze and compare existing bonus mechanics of our brands with competitors. * Develop and launch new bonus offers and retention campaigns. * Justify the implementation of new mechanics based on data and business impact. * Implement, test, and scale successful retention initiatives. * Develop comprehensive communication strategies, loyalty programs, and reactivation scenarios. * Create personalized offers, unique concepts, and storytelling-driven campaigns. * Ensure a seamless omnichannel user experience (email, SMS, push notifications, messengers, etc.). * Analyze user behavior and key retention metrics (CRR, Churn Rate, LTV).
Requirements * 4+ years of experience in retention/CRM/marketing within iGaming. * Strong creative thinking and ability to generate unconventional ideas. * Experience in developing retention and reactivation strategies. * Strong analytical skills and ability to work with product metrics (CRR, Churn Rate, LTV). * Experience building omnichannel communication strategies. * Advanced level of English. * Ability to work under deadlines and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Nice to have * Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools. * Experience setting up automated communication flows (email, SMS, push notifications, messengers). * Experience working with CDP platforms.
