About the role We are looking for an experienced HR Director who will lead the development of the HR function and become a key partner to the leadership team in building a strong, high-performing organization. This role is for someone who thinks systemically and strategically, while also being comfortable working hands-on and building effective HR processes. You will be responsible for shaping and implementing a comprehensive HR strategy that supports company growth, attracts top talent, and creates an environment where people can thrive and do their best work.
Responsibilities * Build and develop the HR function and HR team * Design and implement the HR strategy aligned with the company’s growth plans * Develop systems for talent acquisition, development, and retention * Build and improve processes for recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management * Implement performance management and career development frameworks * Design and drive employee engagement and motivation programs * Shape and strengthen the company culture * Partner with leadership and team leads on organizational design and team scaling * Use HR analytics and data to improve people-related decisions * Establish clear and effective HR policies and internal processes
What we’re looking for * 5+ years of experience in HR * At least 1 year of experience as HR Director / Head of HR * Experience working with teams of 100+ employees * Proven experience building HR functions and HR teams from scratch * Deep understanding of modern HR practices, including: * talent acquisition * performance management * employee engagement * talent development * retention strategies * Strong communication and leadership skills * Experience working in fast-growing organizations * Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution
