IT Solutions Factory (ITSF), a subsidiary of the NJJ Group, develops and supports telecom platforms in close collaboration with teams in Ukraine and France.
We are currently looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join our agile and international team.
Mission
You will work closely with the Product Owner and development team to ensure product quality by designing, automating, and executing tests within the existing release process.
You will also participate in Agile ceremonies such as Daily Scrum, Sprint Retrospective, Product Backlog Refinement, and Example Mapping sessions.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and implement testing strategies aligned with the release process
* Design, execute, and monitor test campaigns
* Develop and maintain end-to-end automated tests and test scenarios
* Implement and maintain automated tests in GitLab CI/CD pipelines
* Identify product bugs or anomalies and track their resolution
* Ensure comprehensive test coverage and product quality
* Collaborate closely with developers and product teams
* Promote QA best practices and automated testing within the team
* Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies
Skills & Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer (preferably on web projects)
* Strong experience with test automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress)
* Hands-on experience implementing automated tests in CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD is a plus)
* Knowledge of SQL and REST API testing
* Ability to handle complex business needs in a demanding environment
* Ability to define test campaigns and write test scenarios based on functional requirements
* Experience working with test environments
* Strong analytical mindset, autonomy, rigor, and excellent communication skills
* Team-oriented, aligned with values of technical excellence and collaboration
* Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
* English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
