Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Project Manager or a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine. Our client is the world’s largest organization of board-certified pathologists and a leading provider of laboratory accreditation and proficiency testing programs.
Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in building a new product for a client in the healthcare domain. You’ll be part of an Agile team responsible for delivering a high-quality solution based on a well-defined specification. The team consists of ~7 Engineers. * Start date: Ideally ASAP, but up to 2 weeks is acceptable. * Duration: The duration of the engagement is ~ 9 months * Overlap till 19-20 UA/18-19 CET is required.
Requirements * 5+ years of experience with outsourcing projects * Successfully completed projects in the HealthCare domain * Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) * Proven experience managing Complex/Fixed price projects roadmap in Jira * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make effective decisions based on data and evidence; * Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet aggressive deadlines; * Excellent written and oral English communication skills * Scrum Master certification is highly desirable * Strong professional English (spoken and written) is required
Responsibilities * Manage Software development projects on time and budget. * Develops and implements a communications plan, including regular written communications on project status and regular project team status. * Providing weekly status reports and ensuring that projects stay on track. * Ad-hoc reporting and visual graphics/presentations support. * Act as a Scrum Master for the team. * Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
