Turbo Stars is a multi-product IT company delivering fast, high-quality, and cutting-edge B2B solutions for the iGaming industry. We’re always on the lookout for people who share our mindset — and right now, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team
Responsibilities — Support the recruitment process for technical, product, and operational roles within iGaming / B2B environments — Source and identify potential candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing platforms — Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes — Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS system — Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience — Support the recruitment team with market research and candidate pipeline building — Assist in preparing candidate profiles and interview feedback for hiring managers — Collaborate with recruiters and the Head of Recruitment on ongoing hiring projects
Key Requirements — 1 years of experience in recruitment — Interest in recruitment and the iGaming / tech industry — Basic understanding of sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards; Boolean search is a plus) — Good communication and interpersonal skills — Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks — English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
