About the Role
We are looking for a Graphic Designer who will be responsible for creating visual and interactive content across multiple digital channels. In this role, you will help the brand engage with its audience while maintaining a consistent and recognizable visual identity across all touchpoints.
What You Will Do
Hard skills: * Collaborate with marketing and product teams as a visual expert. * Create and maintain the brand book, ensuring consistency of visual identity. * Define and develop brand visual principles for digital channels. * Design graphic and animated materials for marketing campaigns. * Produce short videos for advertising campaigns. * Develop landing pages and other digital interfaces.
Soft skills: * Collaboration & Communication — ability to work effectively with marketing, product, and other teams, and to discuss design decisions constructively. * Creativity & Visual Thinking — ability to generate original ideas and translate them into visual materials. * Attention to Detail & Quality Focus — meticulousness, focus on details, and commitment to high-quality visual output.
Additional useful traits: proactivity, flexibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
What We Are Looking For * 4+ years of experience in digital design within fast-paced digital entertainment environments. * .Professional proficiency in FIGMA and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). * Proficiency in AI-powered design tools. * Experience in creating brand books and working with visual identity. * Skills in creating graphic, animated materials and short videos for marketing campaigns. * Experience designing landing pages and basic digital interfaces. * Knowledge of design principles for digital channels and marketing communications. * English level B1/B2 or higher.
Nice-to-have * Knowledge of modern UX/UI and digital marketing trends. * Illustration or 3D graphics experience. * Experience in iGaming projects.
What You Can Expect * Full-time employment (5/2 schedule). * 8-hour working day with flexible hours between 8:00–17:00 and 10:00–19:00. * 20 vacation days + 12 paid sick leave days annually. * Continuous professional development and training support. * Referral bonus program.
