Dripify is looking for a Head of Legal Department to lead and scale our legal function in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.
The Legal Department is a strategic pillar of our business. We want our teams to move fast and confidently, knowing they are supported by clear, pragmatic, and business-oriented legal guidance. The Head of Legal will ensure the company operates responsibly across jurisdictions while enabling growth through proactive risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and commercial legal advisory.
In this role, you will design and implement efficient legal processes for data protection, contract management, vendor questionnaires, and corporate structuring. You will work closely with the CEO, Head of Product, Sales, Development Team and DevOps to support B2B clients onboarding and ensuring our legal framework strengthens our continued expansion globally.

Requirements:
Must-Have: * English — Advanced (C1) * 6+ years of experience as a cross-disciplinary Senior Legal Counsel in a global B2B SaaS companies; * 2+ years of people-management experience in an IT product company, ideally as Head of Legal or in a comparable managerial legal role; * Proven hands-on experience implementing GDPR compliance for data-heavy SaaS platforms in an in-house counsel role; * Understanding of cybersecurity measures and their application in SaaS products and cloud-based environments; * Experience developing and managing international B2B contractual frameworks for SaaS platforms, including negotiating agreements with EU and US B2B clients; * Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience working directly with the CEO and Board of Directors, advocating for business interests while ensuring legal strategy is embedded in decision-making; * Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and mentoring legal teams, supporting professional development and high performance;
Would Be a Plus: * Exposure to struсturing cross-border transactions, M&As, investment support; * Experience with Legal Process Optimization & LegalTech literacy; * Experience in AI legal risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and the development of AI usage policies for both internal and external use;
Responsibilities: * Lead and own the legal function end-to-end, acting as the strategic partner to leadership; * Work directly with the CEO and leadership team, providing clear, business-oriented legal advice and ensuring legal strategy is aligned with company objectives; * Translate business strategy into legal strategy, ensuring legal decisions actively support growth, market expansion, product development, and long-term exit readiness; * Proactively identify, assess, and map legal risks across the business (product, sales, data, employment, partnerships, geo-expansion), and clearly define risk appetite and escalation thresholds for the CEO and leadership team; * Embed legal thinking into product development, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to provide legal input on features, data flows, AI usage, security, and compliance at the design stage rather than post-release; * Own employment and people-related legal matters across multiple jurisdictions, including employment contracts, terminations, executive agreements, IP assignment, and support for HR in scaling teams compliantly; * Oversee maintenance of a business corporate architecture to ensure that the group structure remains tax-efficient and fully aligned with our evolving operational goals; * Manage risks related to tax residency and permanent establishment for our remote team and compliance with substance requirements; * Own and oversee commercial legal matters, including the development and negotiation of international B2B SaaS agreements with customers and partners (EU, US, and other markets); * Lead data protection and privacy compliance, including maintaining GDPR implementation for a data-heavy SaaS platform, and advise on privacy-by-design and data governance; * Advise on cybersecurity and compliance readiness (e.g. security controls, audits, and customer due diligence), in coordination with technical and DevOps teams; * Support company with SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 audits and certifications and any other industry required certifications; * Act as a key legal stakeholder for enterprise customers, supporting vendor questionnaires completion, security requests, and contract negotiations; * Support company with obtaining corporate insurances (Cybersecurity insurance, Technology liability insurance) including communication with service providers, policy review, and preparation of summaries; * Manage, scale and mentor the legal team, setting high standards of performance, accountability, and professional development; * Oversee external counsel and advisors, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality legal support where needed;
