YOUR QUEST-LINE: * Create an attractive, well-thought-out design that is easy to use and clear to the user; * Collaborate with the team and take an active role in thinking about the feature and don’t be afraid to offer multiple design options; * Think ahead about different states, happy/unhappy paths, and transitions; * Maintain, refine, and utilize a unified design system; * Validate solutions implemented by developers before release; * Suggest improvements, and participate in hypothesis generation and testing; * Conduct user research and analyze feedback to inform design decisions; * Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas and deliver prototypes effectively; * Develop and maintain design to ensure consistency across the products, updating components; * Willingness to constantly update knowledge in current domain trends, psychology of user behavior, and new best practices.
YOUR IN-GAME SKIN: * 2-3 years in UX/UI design within product teams; * Showcase at least 3 projects demonstrating effective web and mobile interface designs that meet business objectives; * Proficient in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, FigJam; * Solid understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, color theory, and design patterns; * You are skilled in using components, managing libraries, and utilizing plugins; * You are proficient in vector graphics, including creating icons and simple illustrations; * You have conducted user research and usability testing and applied findings to enhance web and mobile designs; * Understanding the basics of web development and SDLC processes; * You know how to work within established guidelines; * Eagerness to learn and apply new design trends and technologies; * Good communication skills, proactivity, and curiosity in your field. * You demonstrate initiative and a keen interest in the design field; * You have a strong feeling of being self-organized and responsible for results.
WILL BE YOUR BOOST: * Familiarity with the Steam trade system and skins market; * Gaming experience (CS2, Dota2, Rust) would be a big advantage; * Domain experience in GameDev, Fintech or iGaming companies; * Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; * Ability to analyze user behavior and metrics to inform design improvements, with experience using analytics tools in at least 2 projects.
