Responsibilities: * Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through all stages. * Active sourcing of IT specialists via LinkedIn, tech communities, referrals, job boards. * Understanding technical requirements and forming accurate candidate profiles. * Coordinating interviews with technical teams and internal stakeholders. * Maintaining an up-to-date candidate pipeline and ensuring consistent communication. * Providing a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements: * 1+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter. * Solid understanding of technical stacks (Frontend, Backend, QA, DevOps, Data, Cloud, etc.). * Experience working with international or English-speaking candidates/teams. * Ability to research the market efficiently and work with a high volume of roles and candidates. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly present roles to candidates. * English level: C1.
Nice to have: * Experience with team-augmentation / outstaff recruitment. * Strong Boolean search and advanced sourcing skills. * Experience filling complex or niche technical roles.
