Responsibilities: * Support the recruitment team in sourcing and identifying IT specialists. * Conduct active candidate search via LinkedIn, tech communities, job boards, and other sourcing channels. * Build and maintain candidate pipelines for open positions. * Perform initial candidate outreach and coordinate the first communication. * Assist recruiters with candidate screening and profile preparation. * Maintain accurate records in the recruitment tracking system. * Conduct basic market research and talent mapping for technical roles.
Requirements: * 6+ months — 1 year of experience in sourcing / recruiting / research, or strong interest in IT recruitment. * Basic understanding of IT roles and technology stacks (Frontend, Backend, QA, DevOps, etc.). * Strong research and information-gathering skills. * Good written communication skills for candidate outreach. * Ability to work with a high volume of profiles and tasks. * English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
