We are looking for a Lead User Acquisition Manager to own and scale our growth engine across markets.
This role is about building a high-impact UA function from strategy to execution: driving sustainable growth, managing paid acquisition at scale, building strong analytical foundations, and leading a performance-driven team.
You will work closely with Marketing leadership, Product, Analytics, and Creative teams, taking full ownership of user acquisition efficiency, experimentation, and long-term unit economics.
Your Impact Areas
* Scale the User Acquisition function end-to-end: from strategy to day-to-day operational excellence
* Lead and grow the current User Acquisition team, elevating it through strong leadership, clear roles, and a performance-driven culture
* Scale existing and launch new paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and others)
* Identify new growth opportunities through growth hacking, testing non-standard approaches and bold hypotheses
* Drive deep analytical work: from marketing performance metrics to unit economics and LTV
* Build effective collaboration with the Creative team: task setting, brainstorming, and performance evaluation
Your Superpower Stack
* Strong background in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing
* Proven experience managing large budgets and complex campaign structures
* Deep understanding of key metrics: CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV, and how they impact the business
* Data-driven mindset with strong systems thinking
* Experience leading teams and building processes in high-growth environments
* Ability to think beyond channels with a product- and business-oriented mindset
* English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher

* Experience in product-driven or tech companies operating in CEE and Tier 1 markets
Recruitment process for this position:
* Introductory call (45 minutes). A get-to-know-each-other call to align on expectations and culture fit.
* Test assignment. If we’re aligned, we’ll send you a practical task to evaluate your approach and thinking.
* Deep-dive interview (1 hour). A conversation with our CMO to discuss your test assignment, past experience, and future potential.
* Final interview. A strategic conversation with CEO.
* Reference Checks. Before extending a final job offer, we kindly ask for references from your previous places of work. These help us ensure a great mutual match and a smooth start together.
* Offer stage. If everything aligns, we’ll proceed with an offer.
