Phoenix Invicta is a product IT company that builds web products and browser extensions for English-speaking markets.
This role is for a designer who wants to work not only on interfaces, but also influence the product itself — seeing the impact of their decisions on real users, product metrics, and product growth.

Required qualifications * 2+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design * Strong proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, properties, variables, modes, design tokens) * B1+ English level for writing UI copy and documentation * Experience shipping digital products from concept to release * Understanding of basic product metrics and product logic * Experience handing off designs to developers and reviewing implementation results * Interest in using AI tools to improve design efficiency
Nice to have * Experience designing browser extensions * Experience working with multi-brand products * Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
Expected outcomes * UX/UI solutions designed for new products, features, and landing pages * Clear design specifications and well-structured files prepared for developer handoff * Implemented UI matches design layouts and design system standards * The design system is maintained and improved: components are structured and gaps are identified and resolved
