We are looking for a .NET Developer to join the core team of an innovative US-based Digital Health platform. This is a Greenfield project where you will build a complex ecosystem from scratch, including a HIPAA-compliant e-commerce platform for medical kits, laboratory integrations, and health data analytics.

What you will do: * Develop and deliver robust software solutions; * Participate in planning activities, providing accurate estimates and suggesting architectural improvements; * Identify potential technical bottlenecks and resolve them; * Maintain effective communication with the stakeholders and the cross-functional team.
What is important for us: * 3+ years of experience in C#/.NET; * Experience with RESTful API development; * Understanding of SOLID and OOP principles; * Strong proficiency in SQL, PostgreSQL, and Entity Framework; * Experience with integration and unit testing; * Experience with version control systems; * Upper-Intermediate level of English.
Bonus points for: * Familiarity with AWS services; * Experience with IaC, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines; * Knowledge of React.
