You will take ownership of MGID’s global social media strategy across LATAM, APAC and EMEA. This is not a content scheduler role — it’s a strategic position where you define how social media supports brand positioning and demand generation in complex B2B markets.
Today, social media is active across regions. Your responsibility will be to bring structure, measurable impact, and a unified global framework — while preserving local market relevance. What you’ll be responsible for * Building and implementing a global B2B social media strategy * Defining clear KPIs and connecting social performance to marketing and business outcomes * Leading LinkedIn as a core channel for brand authority and account-based marketing support * Structuring global vs. regional execution and setting performance standards * Managing agencies and freelance contributors across markets * Integrating paid social to amplify strategic content * Working closely with product marketing, communications, and event teams * Developing platform-specific formats, including short-form video
What matters for this role * 2+ years in a senior or lead-level SMM role with real strategic ownership * Experience building B2B SMM strategies, ideally in ad tech, martech, SaaS, digital media, or agency environments * Understanding of long B2B sales cycles and how social contributes beyond engagement metrics * Strong analytical thinking and confidence working with reach, engagement, subscriber growth, traffic, and lead indicators * Experience managing multi-country accounts and balancing global and local needs * Experience managing agencies or distributed contributors * Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn as a B2B growth channel * Familiarity with video-first formats (YouTube, Reels, short-form) * Fluent English
