Requirements
— 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT, iGaming, or fast-paced international environments — Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders simultaneously — Strong interview and assessment skills, with experience in behavioral and competency-based interviewing — Understanding of modern sourcing strategies and recruitment funnels — Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — High level of organizational and time management abilities — Fluent English (B2+ level or higher) — Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
Responsibilities
— Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, team dynamics, and role requirements — Creating communication scripts and screening criteria for sourcing teams based on each vacancy — Preparing and structuring job descriptions to ensure clarity and alignment with role expectations — Conducting structured interviews, including screening, behavioral, and technical assessments — Evaluating candidates’ qualifications, cultural fit, and motivation in alignment with company values — Managing candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle — from initial contact through interviews, feedback, and offer stages — Maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders and ensuring a smooth candidate experience — Contributing to process improvements and recruitment best practices across the team
