We are looking for an Senior SEO Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities: * Develop and implement effective SEO strategies aligned with business goals; * Drive websites to top positions in Google and maintain stable rankings in competitive niches; * Create and execute content and link-building plans; * Analyze SERPs, competitors, and market landscape to identify growth opportunities; * Set SEO goals and ensure KPI achievement; * Monitor performance, analyze results, and prepare regular reports; * Plan and manage budgets in line with defined KPIs; optimize costs and ROI; * Generate and test SEO hypotheses, as well as explore new traffic acquisition channels.
Requirements: * 3+ years of experience in the gambling/iGaming industry in a related SEO role; * Hands-on experience working with the EU market; Tier1 market experience will be a strong plus. * Proven track record of promoting websites in competitive/grey niches within the last 3–6 months; * Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors; * Ability to quickly make decisions and adapt websites to search engine updates; * Strong understanding of website architecture, development principles, and technical SEO fundamentals; * Practical experience working with search engine filters, manual penalties, and domain blocks; * Solid knowledge of both on-page and off-page SEO optimization; * Experience in preparing and assigning technical tasks (content, development, analytics) and controlling their execution; * Strong analytical thinking and ability to identify root causes of performance issues; * Proficiency in Ukrainian (written and spoken).
Nice to Have * Experience with WordPress at the level of configuration and website launch; * Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (content, dev, analytics, outreach); * Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to dig deep to find answers; * Clear understanding of price—quality ratio when evaluating backlinks and domains; * Experience with alternative or grey-hat promotion methods; * Basic knowledge of CSS and HTML at the site administration level; * Experience with automation of business processes; * Confident use of modern LLM systems.
