We believe people are at the core of everything we build — so we’re strengthening our People & Talent function and looking for a hands-on Talent & HR Specialist with a strong focus on recruitment.
The role is open for strong junior to middle-level specialists. Salary depends on experience and skill level. What You’ll Do: Recruitment (main focus): * Run end-to-end hiring for tech and non-tech roles (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding). * Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements and improve hiring processes. * Build talent pipelines and improve candidate experience.
HR & People Operations: * Support core HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, employee data, probation & performance cycles. * Help with employee surveys, feedback collection, and internal communication. * Assist with learning & development initiatives and team-building activities. * Support managers with basic people-related questions and processes.
Collaboration & Growth: * Work in close collaboration with the Head of HR on HR initiatives, culture, and strategy. * Participate in improving HR processes, documentation, and internal systems.
✅ What We’re Looking For * 1.5–4 years of experience in recruitment (HR experience is a big plus). * Strong interest in growing into broader HR and People responsibilities. * Ability to work independently but also collaborate closely with a senior HR leader. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving environment without heavy bureaucracy. * Curious about people, business, and organizational psychology. * Upper-intermediate English (B2+). * Experience in tech/product companies. * Familiarity with performance reviews, engagement surveys, or HR tools.
