Business Analyst (Blockchain Project) We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will contribute to a large-scale international blockchain project and take ownership of building and maintaining a structured business analysis framework aligned with our internal standards and best practices. Key Requirements * 3+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams as a Business Analyst, Requirements Manager, or Product Manager * Strong knowledge of the blockchain and/or fintech domain * Proven experience writing clear, well-structured user stories and functional requirements for development teams * Advanced English level (both written and spoken) * Experience preparing Technical Architecture documentation * Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) * Strong process orientation and excellent organizational skills * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities * Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements * Communicate and collaborate with international business stakeholders * Work closely with software development teams to clarify requirements, perform gap analysis, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions * Develop use cases, user stories, and comprehensive technical documentation for developers and QA engineers * Create and maintain process diagrams, activity diagrams, state transition diagrams, and flowcharts using tools such as StarUML, Enterprise Architect, MS Visio, or similar * Contribute to establishing and improving the business analysis framework within the project
