Cieden is a 40-person UX design agency specializing in complex B2B web applications. We want a builder who happens to work in marketing.
You’ll build systems, not just content: — A programmatic SEO engine that publishes 200 top quality product analysis pages, not 4 blog posts per quarter; — AI content pipelines that turn a voice notes into a posts; — Personalized email systems where every subscriber gets content relevant to their product and vertical; — A website voice/gen UI agent that becomes the best consultative sales person on the planet — knows our work, qualifies leads, books calls; — Generative AI optimization so Cieden dominates AI-powered search
You’ll also own the fundamentals: — Website content management and continuous improvement — this is our highest-converting channel and it needs constant attention; — Content production orchestration — you coordinate with a video marketing manager, a motion designer, and contractors to keep the machine shipping; — Analytics and reporting — what drives pipeline, what doesn’t, and the courage to kill what doesn’t work; — Client stories — case studies, testimonials, the proof that makes everything else credible.
You’ll grow into leading the marketing function as the team scales. Right now the team is lean. That’s a feature — you shape everything from the ground up.
Who you are: — You love what you do. You have taste. You know what is remarkable; — Dynamic environments are your natural habitat; -You use AI in your daily work already — Claude, GPT, Claude Code, Cursor, automation tools — and you’re always finding new ways to do more with less. You know what Claude-SEO, N8N, and agentic workflows are. Bonus if you’ve orchestrated them yourself; — You’ve built something: a tool, an automation, a side project, a content system that scaled; — You have taste — you know the difference between AI slop and AI-augmented excellence; — You write in English at a level that resonates with US product leaders; — You care about results (leads, pipeline, revenue), not vanity metrics (likes, impressions); — You think in systems: “how do I make this repeatable and 10X better” not “how do I finish this task”; — You’ve managed or coordinated other people’s work — you don’t need to do everything yourself, but you need to make sure it all ships; — 4-6 years experience in content marketing, demand generation, or growth in B2B tech; — Based in Ukraine.
