Cieden is a 40-person UX design agency specializing in complex B2B web applications. We redesign enterprise software that millions of people use. We ship AI-powered tools. We have opinions about design that decision-makers actually care about. What we don’t have yet is someone making sure the world knows it — consistently, systematically, and at a level that matches the quality of the work itself.
What you’ll own:
— Website content management and conversion optimization — this is our highest-performing channel and your primary focus. You’ll keep it sharp, updated, and continuously improving. New pages, better copy, stronger CTAs, faster paths to conversion. This is never “done.” — Case studies and client stories — from interviewing clients to publishing polished narratives that make prospects say “I want that for my product.” You’ll build a repeatable production system and ship these regularly, not once a quarter. Case studies, testimonials, project breakdowns — the proof that makes everything else credible. — Content production coordination — you work with a video marketing manager, a motion designer, and contractors. You don’t do everything yourself, but you set the rhythm, manage the calendar, and make sure the machine keeps shipping. Nothing stalls because someone forgot to brief someone. — SEO and AI search optimization — you’ll work with our SEO agency on strategy and execution. You need to understand how modern search works — including how AI-powered search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) decide what to recommend. Traditional SEO is table stakes. Generative Engine Optimization is where the game is moving. You’re the internal counterpart who makes sure agency recommendations actually get implemented. — Analytics and reporting — what drives pipeline, what doesn’t, and the courage to kill what doesn’t work. You track performance, flag what’s working, and recommend what to try next. No vanity dashboards.
Who you are:
— You love what you do. — You have taste. You know what is remarkable. This matters more than almost anything else on this list. Cieden is a top design agency — every piece of content, every page, every case study reflects that standard. You’d rather ship one excellent piece than five mediocre ones. You physically cringe at generic AI-generated content, stock-photo-driven campaigns, and “5 tips for better UX” blog posts. You understand that in a world flooded with content, quality is the only real advantage. — You’re a strong writer in English — not “good for a non-native speaker,” but genuinely good. You can write a case study and a landing page that sound like they were written by someone who understands the audience — US product leaders and engineering decision-makers. — You use AI tools in your daily work — ChatGPT, Claude, Grammarly, whatever makes you faster and better. You’re not building AI pipelines, but you’re fluent in using AI and always looking for an edge. — You’re still hungry. Marketing in 2026 is not marketing in 2023. The tools changed, the channels changed, the way people search changed, the way AI recommends businesses changed. You know this because you spend time every week learning — reading, experimenting, following the people who are figuring it out in real time. You’re not looking for a role where you can run a playbook you memorized three years ago. You’re looking for a place where the playbook is being written right now. — You’re curious and connected. You follow the top minds in B2B marketing, content strategy, and AI. Ideally, you’re actively networking — attending events, engaging in communities, building your own presence. You understand that staying sharp in this field means staying plugged in. — You’ve done B2B content marketing before — ideally in tech, SaaS, or professional services. You understand that your audience is busy, skeptical, and won’t read anything that wastes their time. — You’re organized and reliable. When you say the case study ships Friday, it ships Friday. You manage your own deadlines and hold others to theirs. — You care about results — leads, pipeline, revenue. You won’t produce content just to show activity. You’d rather do less and have every piece move the needle. — You’ve coordinated with designers, video producers, or contractors before — you don’t need to do everything yourself, but you keep the machine running. — 3–5 years in content marketing, demand generation, or marketing communications in B2B tech. — Based in Ukraine.

— You’re joining a team that’s being built from scratch — you’ll shape how content works at Cieden, not inherit someone else’s broken playbook. — You work alongside a video marketing manager and a motion designer. As the marketing function grows, you grow with it. — The work is remarkable by default — senior designers and product managers shipping complex AI-augmented business products. The stories are already there. Your job is to tell them well and make sure the right people hear them. — We’re building custom AI tools to automate repetitive marketing work — you focus on strategy and quality, not pushing letters. — You work directly with a CEO who cares deeply about marketing and has strong opinions. That means support, direction, and fast decisions — not bureaucracy.
