We are looking for a hybrid specialist who can seamlessly guide new partners from their first inquiry to a successful launch, while maintaining high-quality support for our existing network. What you will do: * Lead Qualification & Sales: Analyze inbound leads from clinics worldwide according to our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile). * Platform Presentation: Conduct high-impact demos, highlighting why Bookimed is the best growth engine for their medical business. * Seamless Onboarding: Take full ownership of the “Go-Live” process — from negotiating business terms to technical setup of the clinic’s profile. * Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the first line of support in Freshdesk, resolving tickets from both prospective and existing partners. * Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Account Managers and Medical Coordinators to ensure a smooth partnership after onboarding. * Product Advocacy: Use partner feedback to suggest improvements for our platform’s features and interface. * CRM Discipline: Keep Pipedrive updated to ensure data-driven decision-making.
The skills we’re looking for: * Experience: 1+ years in Business Development, Sales, or Partner Success (IT/Marketplace experience is a huge plus). * Language: English — Fluent (C1). You’ll be communicating with clinics globally. * Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM (Pipedrive) and Helpdesk systems (Freshdesk/Zendesk). * Negotiation Skills: Ability to handle objections and close deals on commission structures. * Empathy & Patience: You are the face of the company for our partners; your goal is to help them succeed.
