A product iGaming company is looking for an Analytics Lead to own the analytics function end-to-end and drive data-informed decision-making across existing products and new initiatives.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on analytics. You will be responsible for data quality, experimentation, and turning insights into measurable product and revenue impact, working closely with Product, ML, and Data Engineering teams.
Responsibilities
-Own and lead the Analytics function end-to-end
-Build and manage the Analytics team, ensuring high performance and clear ownership
-Drive data discovery, experimentation, and A/B testing across products
-Contribute to complex analytics tasks and review team output
-Ensure high standards of data quality and analytical correctness
-Define analytics priorities together with Product and Project Managers
-Develop scalable analytical solutions and improve workflows
-Collaborate closely with Product, ML, and Data Engineering teams
Requirements
Experience
* 5+ years in product analytics / data analytics / applied data science
* 1+ year leading an analytics team (mandatory)
* Strong hands-on experience in online casino / iGaming (mandatory)
Technical Skills
* Strong SQL (complex queries, aggregations, large datasets)
* Strong Python for analytics (pandas, numpy, scipy)
* Solid understanding of statistics, hypothesis testing, and A/B testing
* Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.)
* Ability to build clear, business-focused dashboards
Nice to Have
* Experience with ML models (clustering, prediction, segmentation)
* Familiarity with scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, PyTorch
Leadership
* Strong ownership and ability to influence business decisions
* Experience mentoring analysts
* Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders
