The project is a scheduling platform designed to help hospital emergency departments move from static staff planning to a dedicated, flexible scheduling system. The application is business-critical and must support rapid schedule changes, clear, well-structured data, and reliable reporting in a healthcare environment.
Requirements: * 5+ years of experience in QA with a strong focus on test automation * Experience with Playwright and TypeScript (or similar automation frameworks) * Practical experience with E2E/UI test automation * Experience and willingness to work with manual testing of web platforms * Experience with test management, bug tracking, and Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar * Ability to work with a phased testing implementation approach * Knowledge of testing best practices and methodologies * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Upper-Intermediate English level or higher
Would be a plus: * Experience with CI/CD pipelines * Knowledge of additional test automation frameworks * Familiarity with API testing * Experience with performance testing
Responsibilities: * Define overall test strategy for critical workflows * Design, implement, and maintain E2E automated tests (Playwright and TypeScript) * Build and sustain risk-based regression tests (automation-first, with targeted manual checks) * Perform exploratory and high-risk manual testing * Collaborate with developers to ensure sufficient unit and integration test coverage * Provide feedback in code reviews on testability, automation coverage, and quality risks * Validate core user actions, authentication, navigation, and permissions end-to-end * Ensure new features, hotfixes, and configuration changes do not break critical functionality * Maintain test strategy, procedures, and documentation * Support phased rollout of testing frameworks as the product evolves
