We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to head a new RnD Velocity team for an established US-based HealthTech product. We automate complex financial and legal processes within the US healthcare system (Independent Dispute Resolution).
Your Role & Responsibilities: * Technical Leadership: Lead the architectural design and implementation of a new product vertical from scratch. * Hands-on Development: Spend ~60% of your time coding and solving complex technical challenges. * Team Growth: Act as the technical anchor for a team of 3-4 developers. You will be responsible for code reviews, mentorship, and engineering standards. * Execution: Drive the delivery of high-quality features while ensuring system scalability and performance.
Requirements: * 5+ years of software development experience. * Proven experience in leading technical teams or complex projects. * Expert knowledge of SQL optimization, ETL processes, and distributed systems. * Self-directed and proactive problem-solver. * English: Proficient for direct collaboration with the US-based team.
