Organic search is an important part of our growth efforts, and we’re continuing to develop it thoughtfully — including AI-driven automation and workflow optimization. We are looking for a goal-oriented SEO Specialist who wants real ownership and direct impact on qualified B2B lead generation.
This is a full-time role with long-term growth potential based on performance. About the Role: You will take ownership of organic performance across Redwerk’s service and commercial pages, focusing on high-intent keywords and measurable business outcomes.
This role combines strategy, hands-on execution, and AI-driven automation. You’ll work closely with marketing and development teams while having the autonomy to prioritize and implement initiatives.
Within this role, you will be responsible for achieving the following: * Increase rankings for high-intent IT outsourcing and software development keywords in US and EU markets * Grow the number of qualified inbound leads generated through organic search * Improve conversion tracking and visibility of SEO impact across the marketing funnel (GA4 ownership) * Build and execute a structured SEO roadmap aligned with business growth priorities * Implementing AI-driven SEO workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
Responsibilities: * Develop and execute SEO strategy for IT outsourcing and software development services * Conduct keyword research focused on commercial and decision-stage queries * Optimize service pages, technology-specific pages, and landing pages * Perform regular technical SEO audits and site health checks * Identify and resolve indexing and crawl issues via Google Search Console * Improve internal linking and content structure * Set up and manage GA4 events and conversion tracking * Analyze funnels and measure SEO impact on qualified leads * Develop and monitor backlink strategy * Conduct competitor analysis in US and EU IT markets * Create clear SEO tasks for copywriters and developers * Implement AI-powered workflows for research, content optimization, data analysis, and reporting * Track performance and report on business-impact metrics
Requirements: * 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience in IT outsourcing or B2B tech services * Experience working with US and/or EU markets * Proven ability to drive SEO results tied to qualified leads (not just traffic) * Strong hands-on experience with GA4 (events, tracking, funnel analysis) * Experience with Google Search Console and modern SEO tools (Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar) * Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve SEO efficiency and output * Solid understanding of commercial intent and B2B marketing funnels * Strong technical SEO fundamentals * Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from an SEO perspective * Comfortable working independently and taking initiative * English — Upper-Intermediate level or higher * Portfolio of non-NDA, white-hat SEO projects
