Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for an AWS Data Scientist for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine. Our client is a software development company that supports industries such as healthcare and automation, contributing to projects like AWS migrations for AI platforms in compliance-sensitive sectors and innovative robotics automation applications.
The engagement is 6 months.
Requirements: * Proven experience in data analysis/data science/data engineering or similar role. * Solid experience with QuickSight (the entire engagement is built around it). * Advanced knowledge of SQL (with a focus PostgreSQL): * Complex queries and joins; * Data transformations; * Query performance optimization. * Understanding of designing and maintaining scalable data models (schema design, ETL processes). * Experience with modern cloud-based data platforms. * Familiarity with BI tools (AWS QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, or similar). * Experience working in Agile teams. * Strong communication skills in English.
Nice to have: * Experience with ClickHouse (or similar column-oriented DB). * Understanding of Generative AI/LLMs. * Exposure to advanced analytics or machine learning concepts. * Experience with Enterprise Architect tools.
