Hue&Machine is an independent UX/UI design studio that partners with startups and tech companies. We design for impact — driving growth, solving real user problems, and making products more human.
Our portfolio includes work with global brands like Microsoft, Snap Inc., Headline, and emerging tech leaders across SaaS, FinTech, Healthcare, Energy, PropTech, and beyond.
We are growing and looking for a Webflow Developer (Part-time) to join our team and help us bring high-quality digital experiences to life with precision and performance.
What you’ll do: * Develop responsive websites and landing pages in Webflow based on Figma designs * Translate pixel-perfect UI into clean Webflow builds * Set up CMS collections and dynamic content structures * Implement animations and interactions in Webflow * Optimize websites for performance, responsiveness, and SEO best practices * Connect third-party integrations (forms, analytics, CRM, etc.) * Maintain and iterate on existing Webflow projects * Collaborate with designers and PMs in a lean, agile workflow
You might be a great fit if you: * Have 1+ years of hands-on Webflow experience (commercial projects required) * Can confidently convert Figma layouts into Webflow builds * Understand responsive layout systems and spacing logic * Know the basics of HTML/CSS and Webflow structure * Have experience building CMS-driven websites * Have Upper-Intermediate level of English * Care about visual accuracy and clean structure
Nice to have, but not required: * Experience with custom code embeds and basic JavaScript * Experience with advanced animations or GSAP integrations * Understanding of Core Web Vitals and performance optimization * Experience working with SaaS or tech startups
Why working with us will be a great fit:
Smart Projects First: We work on meaningful projects where quality matters — not template-based, low-impact work. Flexible Format: Part-time collaboration with predictable workload and clear planning. Zero Bureaucracy: Clear briefs, structured Figma files, fast feedback loops — no chaos. Design-Driven Team: You’ll collaborate with strong UX/UI designers who care about structure, systems, and clean handoff. A Place to Grow: We encourage ownership, initiative, and technical curiosity. You won’t just “assemble pages” — you’ll build thoughtful digital experiences.
