Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Full Stack Engineer (Python/React) for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine. Our client is a no-code, AI-driven compliance platform that helps companies automate data privacy, information security, and regulatory workflows, including GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2, TISAX, and the EU AI Act. Requirements * 5+ years of commercial experience in software development. * Strong proficiency in Python (Django). * Experience with React.js, TypeScript. * Experience with AWS cloud. * Experience with AI: LangChain, LangGraph, Langfuse. * Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, ArgoCD, Karpenter. * Experience with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Raycast. * Upper-intermediate level of English.
Responsibilities * Enhance the SaaS application layer by identifying and addressing compliance gaps, implementing improvements, and ensuring the platform meets relevant regulatory and security standards. * Develop and maintain integrations with third-party services, including designing integration flows, managing APIs, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and ensuring seamless data exchange. * Actively participate in team ceremonies and meetings (planning, stand-ups, refinement, retrospectives) to contribute to discussions, align on priorities, and support collaborative decision-making. * Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices, while providing constructive feedback to teammates.
