The Role
You’ll own features end-to-end — spec to deployment — on live products. No micromanagement, no hand-holding. Junior or middle, doesn’t matter — what matters is that you ship.
Stack
Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, React/JS, Sidekiq/Redis, Docker/CI-CD
You’ll Do Well Here If You * Ship working, tested, documented features — not just code * Push through blockers instead of waiting to be unblocked * Take feedback without drama and show improvement * Navigate ambiguity and default to action
Requirements * Ruby on Rails experience with at least 1 commercial project * Basic React skills * Basic PostgreSQL knowledge * English Intermediate+ (specs and reviews are in English)
Nice to Have * Experience with Claude Code/Cursor * Sidekiq background * SaaS product experience
