Zutobi is a global edtech product company creating engaging digital learning experiences. We’re a team of ~75 people across product, growth, marketing, and operations, building multiple apps used by 250,000+ monthly users worldwide. We operate as a bottom-up company, where initiative, ownership, and experimentation are core to how we work.
You’ll help us understand how people use our product, turn data into clear decisions, and make sure the whole team stays aligned on what’s working and what’s not.
In this role you will: connect user behavior → insights → hypotheses → experiments → decisions → shared learning. What you’ll do: * Own product analytics: define and monitor key product metrics (activation, engagement, retention, conversion) and connect them to real user behavior. * Analyze user journeys and behavior at scale in Amplitude (or similar tools). * Partner with Product to shape hypotheses, success metrics, and experiment designs. * Analyze A/B tests and experiments end-to-end, including: * experiment setup and tracking * statistical interpretation and practical impact * recommendations and next steps * Identify growth opportunities by finding patterns, frictions, and high-impact segments. * Build clear, transparent dashboards from small experiments to core product KPIs. * Write and share insights in a way that’s easy to understand. * Communicate learnings regularly to the full team, including Slack updates that explain what changed, why it matters, and what we’ll do next.
What we’re looking for: * High ownership and growth mindset: curiosity, hunger to learn, and genuine passion for understanding users and improving the product (we value this as much as hard skills). * Proven experience in product analytics. * Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar. * Strong analytical thinking and the ability to go beyond metrics to understand user intent and behavior. * Comfortable working with experimentation (A/B tests), including framing hypotheses and interpreting outcomes. * SQL skills (preferred) to validate tracking and answer deeper questions. * A product mindset: you use analysis to influence what we build and how we grow. * Clear communication: you can translate analysis into actions for non-analysts. * Enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Nice to have: * Experience with unit economics and growth loops. * Experience with event tracking plans and instrumentation quality. * Familiarity with data visualization best practices.
