With a global team of over 4,000 highly skilled developers, consultants, analysts and product owners, we engineer technology that redefines industries and shapes the way people live.
About the role: We are looking for a Data Quality Engineer to join our newly formed Data Quality Team, dedicated to ensuring the consistency, reliability, and transparency of data across our integrations and measurement systems. You will play a pivotal role in diagnosing and resolving data discrepancies, building monitoring tools, and improving internal processes that safeguard the integrity of our datasets. This position bridges technical problem-solving and customer trust, ideal for someone who enjoys getting to the bottom of complex data puzzles while collaborating across functions. This is a foundational hire: the successful candidate will help define the team’s operating model, tooling standards, and escalation pathways as the function matures.
Responsibilities: * Data Discrepancy Resolution * Investigate and resolve mismatches in impressions, reach, or other key metrics between Audience Project systems and third-party partners * Reproduce and document data flows to identify root causes and propose technical or process fixes * Collaborate with Integrations, Engineering, and Support to drive consistent, timely resolutions * Monitoring & Quality Assurance * Maintain catalog of platforms/publishers/formats system can or can not measure * Design and maintain dashboards to monitor incoming data feeds and detect anomalies early * Define and implement alerting rules to flag gaps in coverage, delayed feeds, or unusual patterns * Partner with data engineers to automate validation checks across S2S integrations and pixel-based measurement systems * Cross-Functional Enablement * Serve as the primary escalation point for Support and Commercial teams on data quality questions * Create and maintain internal documentation and troubleshooting playbooks * Contribute to process automation that improves reliability and reduces manual intervention
Requirements: * 3+ years of experience in technical support, data operations, or analytics engineering * Solid understanding of data pipelines, APIs, and log-based debugging * Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, QuickSight) * Clear, structured communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences * Proven ability to triage and resolve complex issues independently * Detail-Oriented: They are precise, accurate, and have high standards for quality * Systematic: They prefer to follow established rules, procedures, and clear processes * Stable & Patient: They are even-tempered, calm, and dependable * Supportive: They are often good listeners and work reliably to support a team, though they may be more task-focused than people-focused
Would be a plus: * Experience in digital advertising, media measurement, or marketing data platforms * Familiarity with AWS data stack (S3, Glue, Athena) or similar environments * Exposure to observability and monitoring frameworks (e.g., Grafana, Datadog, Prometheus) * Experience building automation scripts or lightweight data validation tools (Python, Bash, etc.) * Prior involvement in ISO 27001 or other data governance/compliance initiatives
What’s in it for you? * Strong community: Work alongside top professionals in a friendly, open-door environment * Growth focus: Take on large-scale projects with a global impact and expand your expertise * Tailored learning: Boost your skills with internal events (meetups, conferences, workshops), Udemy access, language courses, and company-paid certifications * Endless opportunities: Explore diverse domains through internal mobility, finding the best fit to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies * Flexibility: Enjoy radical flexibility — work remotely or from an office, your choice * Care: We’ve got you covered with company-paid medical insurance, mental health support, and financial & legal consultations
