We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior/Trainee Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. If you are just starting your career in sales/marketing, have a “can-do” attitude, and want to learn how to find high-quality prospects, this is the perfect role for you.
You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, gathering their contact information, and maintaining our CRM/Leads database. We will provide training, but we expect a high level of self-discipline. Key Responsibilities * Prospect Research: Search for companies and decision-makers on LinkedIn and Upwork based on specific criteria. * Data Entry: Accurately collect names, emails, LinkedIn profiles, and other relevant data into Google Sheets or CRM. * Email Verification: Use tools to ensure all collected email addresses are valid. * Reporting: Provide daily updates on the number of leads generated.
Requirements * English Level: Intermediate (B1) or higher (must be able to read profiles and understand instructions). * Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel. * Persistence: Ability to handle repetitive tasks with high accuracy. * Curiosity: Willingness to learn lead gen tools (e.g., Apollo, Hunter, Sales Navigator). * Reliability: Meeting deadlines is a must.
Nice to Have (but not required) * Basic understanding of how Upwork or LinkedIn Sales Navigator works. * Experience with any CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.). * Previous experience in data entry or virtual assistance.
