We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our professional team! Start: ASAP
Your responsibilities will include: * Running client meetings, gathering business and functional requirements; * Translating business needs into clear user stories and backlog items; * Documenting requirements for mobile apps and web platforms (cloud-based); * Acting as a liaison between the client and cross-functional team (PM, Devs, QA, Designers); * Supporting the team during delivery: clarifying scope, priorities, edge cases; * Identifying areas for improvement and contributing to process optimization.
What we expect from you: * 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT outsourcing or product companies; * Strong documentation and communication skills (you’ll be leading client calls); * Experience working with mobile apps, websites, and cloud platforms; * Ability to structure unformalized input into clear specs for the tech team; * English: Upper-Intermediate+ — you’ll be working with English-speaking stakeholders; * Proactive mindset, ability to take ownership of analysis and delivery scope.
