The LOGITY TECH team creates technological solutions to the challenges brokers and carriers face in trucking logistics. We’re building a digital broker-centric ecosystem that includes a proprietary Transportation Management System, Loadboard, and a mobile app for drivers and dispatchers.
We are looking for a Manual Middle+ QA Engineer with strong experience in manual testing of complex web applications. Our product is a data-heavy SaaS platform, and this role requires deep analytical thinking, attention to detail, and confidence working with structured data and integrations.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with complex business logic, large datasets, and cross-system integrations — and who wants to grow together with a rapidly evolving product.

Experience & Technical Skills * A professional with 3+ years of experience in manual testing of web applications. * Confident in testing complex, data-heavy systems with non-trivial business logic. * Strong in SQL and comfortable validating data on the database level. * Experienced in writing clear and structured test suites, and test cases. * Skilled in analyzing requirements and transforming them into test scenarios. * Knowledgeable in software QA methodologies, tools, and Agile processes. * Comfortable working in distributed cross-functional teams. * Analytical, proactive, structured, and ownership-driven. * Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting skills. * English proficiency at B1/Intermediate or higher. * WOULD BE BENEFICIAL
Experience with: * Performance testing for web applications. * Basic security testing knowledge. * Experience working with APIs (Postman or similar tools). * Exposure to automation tools (WebdriverIO, Playwright, Cypress, etc.) — optional but welcome.
YOU WOULD LOVE TO * Ensure the quality of a continuously evolving SaaS platform.Work with complex business flows, large datasets, and system integrations. * Validate backend logic, database consistency, and data transformations. * Participate in backlog grooming sessions, identifying risks and testing challenges early. * Define, execute, and maintain test cases aligned with acceptance criteria. * Perform: functional testing, regression testing, smoke testing, system testing, integration * testing * Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, designers, and customer-facing * teams. * Provide clear, structured reporting on testing progress, risks, and blockers. * Contribute to improving QA processes and quality standards within the team.
