We’re hiring an Account Manager to build, manage, and scale long-term direct publisher partnerships across our programmatic ecosystem.
This role combines strategic ownership with the opportunity to build scalable processes, shape the foundation for future growth and collaboration, and develop a high-performing team. What you will be doing * communicate daily with programmatic partners and support their operations; * maintain warm and friendly relationships with all partners; * monitor partner activity and basic performance metrics; * handle discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with partners; * proactively follow up on traffic or delivery issues; * support partners with technical and operational questions; * prepare reports as needed; * contribute to account growth by exploring new opportunities with partners.
What we’re looking for * fluent English; * experience in customer service, account management, or similar client-facing roles; * experience within AdTech industry will be a plus; * experience working with international partners; * knowledge of Google Drive tools and MS Excel; * high level of attention to details and accuracy; * initiative and ability to work independently; * structured thinking and time management skills; * strong interpersonal skills; * ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
