What you will doActive candidate sourcing * Daily sourcing on LinkedIn (main tool) * Using Boolean search, X-ray, filters, and other sourcing techniques * Searching for specialists in the following areas: * Embedded / C * QA Automation * Other technical roles within the company
Initial communication * Writing cold outreach messages on LinkedIn * Managing communication until handing the candidate over to a recruiter * Building candidate interest in company vacancies * Tracking feedback and statuses
Building a candidate database * Maintaining and updating the database in PeopleForce * Creating a “warm” candidate pool * Supporting long-term relationships with candidates
Recruitment support * Passing relevant candidates to the recruiter * Creating shortlists * Participating in improving job descriptions and outreach messages * Collecting analytics (responses, conversion rates)
What matters to usRequired: * Completed IT recruiting or sourcing courses * Knowledge of Boolean search * Basic understanding of IT roles and terminology * Confident LinkedIn usage * Strong written communication skills * High attention to detail and responsibility * Readiness for consistent daily sourcing work
Nice to have: * 3+ months of sourcing experience * English level B1 * Desire to grow into an IT Recruiter role
