We are looking for a Middle QA Engineer with some automation testing experience to join a team working in a strategic direction of the company — AI-first MVP development. The role focuses on delivering fast, cost-effective MVP solutions using modern AI-powered development tools. You will help validate rapidly built applications, ensuring they are stable, usable, and ready for real users. The position combines strong manual testing expertise with the ability to automate selected regression and smoke tests, where it adds value.
Key Qualifications: ● 3+ years of experience in manual QA testing of web applications. ● Some hands-on experience with test automation (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar). ● Experience testing APIs using tools such as Postman, REST clients, or similar. ● Experience working with applications developed using AI-assisted coding tools. ● Understanding of typical risks of AI-generated code. ● Proficient in using SQL queries, profilers, and related tools. ● Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and testing practices. ● Experience with exploratory testing and validating dynamic or complex outputs. ● Ability to analyse issues, identify root causes, and document findings clearly. ● Familiarity with Agile / iterative development environments. ● High interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. ● Ability to work independently and manage testing activities in a fast-changing environment.

As a QA Engineer you will: ● Perform end-to-end manual testing of MVP applications. ● Validate AI-driven features. ● Conduct exploratory testing to identify edge cases and unexpected system behaviour. ● Test REST APIs and integrations with third-party services. ● Create and maintain clear test cases, checklists, and defect reports. ● Execute regression, functional, and integration testing across releases. ● Automate some test scenarios (smoke/regression) where appropriate. ● Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and validate fixes. ● Support release validation in fast-paced MVP delivery cycles.
